The most important thing in staying healthy is your diet. Not necessarily not eating certain foods, but eating more of the foods that are good for your body. The top 10 foods to eat are, sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes have more nutritional value than regular potatoes. Low-fat dairy products strengthens bones without all the fat of normal dairy. Fish has a lot of omega threes and improves brain function and mood. Beans lower risk of obesity and getting diabetes. Mango has a lot of vitamin C in it. Oatmeal (not instant) protects against heart disease and high cholesterol. Avocado has a lot of antioxidants and makes skin glow and defends against cancer.
