Did you know that the average temperature of earth has increased 1.7 degrees since 1880? (NASA, 2016) This is the consequence of carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere, as a result of traditional fuel combustion, has increased from 280 part/million to reach 384 part/million in the last 65 years and still increasing by more than 2 part/million each year. Research shows that at current rates the carbon dioxide level will be more than 500 part/million before 2100, a level most scientists consider as the “no return point”, which means that the climate change can not be controlled. He wants all of us and our kids to become the Noah generation, to save our planet, nature and the environment from the aggressive attack we are all involved in. I totally agree with Friedman regarding all points he discussed, but he reminded me of Egyptian writers and experts, most of them talk about the problem, collect a lot of data, describe, analyze and never give an applicable solution related to his topic. The idea of “We Are All Noah Now” is great, but how to transfer it to action, what can we do to save our world. I will take the role of the author and try to add some applicable ideas for individuals to help us to be all Noah. In order to save our planet from ourselves; people need to start making pretty drastic changes in their lifestyle, such as using alternative fuel sources and cutting
