This is a negligible difference that doesn’t support the conspiracy so many radical feminists flaunt concerning a world where women are oppressed. On the other side of the spectrum, when women are put into the role of motherhood their work experience becomes halted as they struggle to nurture their child. Yes, it is possible for an employer to pay an individual less, however that is an isolated, illegal situation and makes the employee a victim entitled to compensation. By exercising rights as Americans, females who feel victimized can actually make a difference in the workplace and prevent companies from bullying a group that would rather protest for higher wages for all women than equal wages for those discriminated, the wage gap as it is advertised is a myth, however discrimination between both men and women does subtly exist in some instances, and it is this discrimination that needs to be dealt with as a society.
