Albert
Albert lived in a can. He was a frog that lived in a large coffee can. You may say to yourself, coffee cans are rather minute, but you must know one thing to answer this pondering, Albert is simply a small frog that doesn’t need a large home. One day he stopped sleeping and realized that he was In a puddle of water. Albert doesn’t like water even though he is a frog. He screamed and yelled a lot. He then woke up and realized it was a dream but there was a cat standing above his can that was about to pounce. With a lightning fast thought, Albert grabbed his water jug and hopped as fast as he could into a thicket.
Albert did not know what a thicket was or why he jumped into one but he started to walk like a frog, due to him being a frog. On his daily walk towards the little creek were he fills his water jug he saw a curious-looking spotted object and concluded that he should hop over to it so he did. Once he got closer he realized it was a 1 foot tall mushroom. Albert’s favorite kind too! The ones with orange spots and blue stems. Since Albert did not have time to eat some flies for breakfast due to the cat trying to kill him, he decided to treat himself to a mushroom pie.
Albert did know how to make wonderful mushroom pies. He sat upon a log and started a small little campfire on which to cook the mushroom. He went and grabbed a huge chunk off of the mushroom and plopped it on the on the pan as he nibbled on a smaller chunk. Albert became upset when his mushroom pie melted instead of turning into bread, which mushrooms tend to do this time of year. Albert drank the soupy slime from the pan and was on his way.
Due to Albert being tired from all of the excitement he sat atop of a huge bed he found in the forest. When he woke up it was dark out. Albert was very worried due to his need to fill his water jug so he continued looking for the creek. Even though his luck was down Albert was happy due to the fact that his favorite song was being played by the trees.

Positive reinforcement works by presenting something positive to the person after a desired behavior is exhibited, making the behavior more likely to happen in the future (McAdams, 2009). An example of this could be when a child helps their mother with the dishes and the mothers rewards the child with ice cream. Negative reinforcement, is when a behavior is strengthened by stopping, removing or avoiding a negative outcome or aversive stimulus (McAdams, 2009). An example of this could be when the light goes green at a traffic light, the car in front of a person does not move. The person hates when this happens and from experience knows that honking the car’s horn gets cars that are in front of them to go
Positive punishment again adds to the factor influencing the behavior, but this time it is meant to decrease the number of times the behavior occurs (King, 2016). An example of positive punishment is yelling at a puppy for peeing on the carpet. The positive punishment in this situation is the addition of yelling at the puppy, resulting in a decrease of the puppy’s peeing behavior. Negative punishment is the taking away of a certain aspect from the factor influencing the behavior to decrease how often a behavior occurs (King, 2016). An example of negative punishment would be taking away bathroom privileges from students who use the bathroom as an excuse to wander around the school. This shows a privilege is being taken away (negative punishment) to decrease the behavior of skipping
Some kind of seat to take. As her employment went on, Glenn struggled with Gender Identity Disorder (GID) and she wanted to prepare herself for her transition. This was very big news for Glenn, so she told her supervisor that she was going to began treatment from a male to a female and her supervisor later passed that on to Sewell Brumby, the head of the office. When clarifying what Glenn was actually planning, Brumby fired her on the spot. (Lambda Legal) Shouldn’t this kind of situation fall under the Constitution 's equal protection process? Rainsford followed his way back to the lights. He was surprised to see that it was dark outside but at the same time he was happy cause the lights would be more noticeable. Rainsford flickered the lights back and forth and minutes later a ship came towards him. Rainsford swam a little to
“The question of whether the death penalty is a more effective deterrent than long-term imprisonment has been debated for decades or longer by scholars, policy makers, and the general public” (Radelet & Lacock, 2009).
The arrival of winter was well on its way. Colorful leaves had turned to brown and fallen from the branches of the trees. The sky opened to a new brightness with the disappearance of the leaves. As John drove down the country road he was much more aware of all his surroundings. He grew up in this small town and knew he would live there forever. He knew every landmark in this area. This place is where he grew up and experienced many adventures. The new journey of his life was exciting, but then he also had a sick feeling in the pit of his stomach of something not right.
As the team started to depart the bus, the numbered shorts and jerseys slowly made there way back to there cars. As Rich opened his door and practically collapsed in his seat he wondered if the game that they had just arrived from was even worth the humiliation that his team suffered by the 110-53 victory by there rival team. Rich slumped the rest of the way into his car buckling up and starting the engine. After a night as bad as this one all he wanted was to get home and finally get to sleep. Rich put his car in drive and slowly made his way to the street in front of the school.
Reinforcement is a motivation which depends upon a performance and increases the chance of a performance being frequent. Positive reinforcement can increase the chance of not only necessary behavior but also unwanted behavior. For example, if a student complaints in order to get attention and is successful in getting it, the attention helps as positive reinforcement which increases the possibility that the student will remain to complain. Positive reinforcement is one of the important ideas in behavior inquiry and it is something like rewards, or things usually work to get (Fahimafridi, 2016).

I have completed Bsc (Hons) Construction management at the University of West London, and I would now like to further my career by studying MSC Project enterprise and management at UCL. I have made this decision after understanding that this course will enable me to develop a broad understating of construction management of large and complex projects and increase my commercial awareness of these projects. I also expect this course to be taught with both academic rigour and place consistent emphasis on practical application of what I learn to construction environment. After working in construction for industry for almost 2 years, and studying a bachelor’s degree I feel I am more than capable of completing Msc Project Entriprise with success as I have already experienced the rigors & dynamics of university education.
In general, a stimulus is that evokes a physiological response in an organism. In terms of this theory the stimuli are certain external events that will alter or change the behavior of a person. Rewarding stimuli are connected with ones wants, likes and the need of satisfaction. This acts as a positive reinforcer. However reinforcement only occurs if there is a significant change in one’s behavior. A stimulus can cause either a positive reinforcement or a negative one. Positive reinforcer can be some stimuli event for which one works in order that they may gain it.
I have used tools and techniques that I studied in last previous semester to apply it in projects, which I done before to practice and improve for myself. On the other hand, I got management and leadership knowledge and helpful information by reading useful resource such as: Harvard Business Review, Forbes magazine and so on. In addition, I also obtain my awareness about management and leadership in constructions projects by talking and debating with my father, who has worked like a contractor in construction field in 20 years. His comment always helps me to achieve a deep understanding about usual problems in construction projects in reality and how to motivate and empower to staff, especially, how to build a relationship between employee and employer, and between manager and
