Producing a Booking System for a Theatre or Cinema
In this section I am going to state and solve the task that has been
set for me, I will also outline a variety of possible solution and
list 3 quantifiable objectives or user requirement for my project.
(a) Statement of the problem
My task was to produce a booking system that would function for a
theatre or cinema. My system has to show the entire seat available,
all the seat that is booked, empty and reserved seats.
(B) Alternative solution
I can produce a booking system for my cinema in hand; by using pen,
pencils but my system will be unprofessional.
I can use Microsoft word and Microsoft excel, I have choose Microsoft
excel because it will give me a professional result and the main
advantage of using Microsoft excel is that it is a spreadsheet with
all the formulas.
Microsoft excel has it own layout which will be easy to produce a
booking system
(C) Project objectives:
(1) My first objective is to create a booking system for a cinema or
theatre.
(2) Make sure that my system and my function works.
(3) My booking system will have an advanced feature of Microsoft
Excel.
Analysis:
In the analysis, I am going analysis the problem that was set to me.
First I will list out all the hardware and software solution. I am
going to explain the data I need to collect and where I am going to
collect it. I will produce a dataflow diagram showing where the data
is coming from and where it's going.
(1) Hardware solution
Here is all the hardware I will be using in my project.
(a) Input Device
I have two Input devices, which are Keyboard and mouse.
(b) Output Devices
I have three output devices, which are 14 inch VDU, Brother laser
Printer and canon inkjet.
(c) Processor
Pentium 3 667mhz process, 10 gigabyte HD, and 64 megabyte RAM
It will be conducted by obtaining knowledge if there are eligible following the inclusion criteria and if yes, directly asking them to be part of the study.

Method used in collecting information includes qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data is used to determine the history of the community; quantitative data such as windshield survey, focus group and one on one interview were also included because both sources were important for the past and current information of the community (Stamler & Yiu, 2012, p.221).
The data analysis process would commence immediately the data collection ends. It would be carried out over two weeks, and an estimated cost of $250 would be required. This is for the purpose of the various activities of compiling the report.
I certify that this assignment is my own work in my own words. All resources have been acknowledged and the content has not been

The collection of this data could be gathered in a variety of ways, such as conducting interviews, having focus groups and through clinical case studies, but I feel the best data collecting for this is through observation. The
Quantitative and qualitative data will be collected at multiple times during a six-week period. The data collection timetable will show the six-week project.
For clarity purposes of this presentation I will go country by country and I will show you the method that I followed. As well at the end I will share some of the conclusions I have drawn from this research.
There are many different types of methods used when it comes to research. The two that will be focused on are both quantitative and qualitative. Qualitative research is described as “interpretive techniques that seek to describe, decode, translate, and otherwise come to terms with the meaning, not the frequency, of certain phenomena; a fundamental approach of exploration, including individual depth interviews, group interviews, participant observation, videotaping of participants, projective techniques and psychological testing, case studies, street ethnography, elite interviewing, document analysis, and proxemics and kinesics; see also content analysis (Cooper & Scnieder, 2014) .” Quantitative research is a little easier to understand as it deals more with actual numbers and statistics to identify an exact amount. Quantitative research is described as “the precise count of some behavior, knowledge, opinion, or attitude (Cooper & Scnieder, 2014).” How exactly would this be used when it

The following introductory sections describe the problem to be investigated and the goal to be achieved. The introduction also provides an analysis of the relevance and significance of the research and a discussion of barriers and issues related to achieving the goal. In addition, the approach and resources to be used in accomplishing the goal are discussed. Finally, a brief summary is provided.
