Consumer are constantly overwhelmed by sales emails, creating the risk that yours will get lost in the realm of the over flowing inbox. Despite that newsletters remain very popular amongst marketers, this is because it is extremely effective at honing in on your niche and has an extremely high conversion rate!

For most organisations, email marketing is the most powerful for developing relationships with customers as part of e-CRM (Chaffed,2014?) giving businesses the power to reach customers in a place most people visit every day- their inbox.
According to (Marketing Sherpa,2015) 91 percent of US adults like to receive promotional emails from companies they do business with. Despite years of hype claiming that email is dead, it remains a highly valuable resource for small business owners. In fact, according to a 2015 survey by Salesforce.com, 73 percent of marketers claim that email marketing is core to their business.
