The basis of the world is built on interdependence. The actions that go on in one country will have some impact in another country. Throughout the past 20 years, global interdependence has created a sense of great competition between many national economies, yet this sense of competition has also created benefits and new opportunities in every part of the world. This kind of mutuality has led to the many politics, developments, conflicts, and social justices that all nations face today. It shapes and continuously changes the world in many ways. The United Kingdom, Mexico, Russia, China, Iran, and Nigeria all are interdependent of each other. I have faith that this conservative government will also encourage a strengthening of the economy to stimulate recovery and give more money to the people. Cameron would like to end Britain’s nuclear weapon program, but by doing that, he may jeopardize the British relationship with NATO. He would also like to end the country’s involvement in the European Union. Many British citizens agree with this plan to leave the EU and some have even prepared to rebel if Cameron fails to remove Britain.
As a country, Scotland would like to push towards another Scottish independence referendum. The Scottish National Party shows a great deal of support for Scottish independence. Their representation in the House of Commons has increased from 6 seats to 56 seats since the recent Cameron election. This is primarily due to how negatively the surge of nationalism in Scotland affected the Labour Party. Boko Haram is against western styled education. The group has taken the lives of thousands of Nigerians and has created military operations. Nigeria’s president, Muhammadu Buhari has shown discontent with Nigeria’s military being unable to defeat the Islamic group. He recently launched a new military in hopes of this military being able to defeat the group. Still, some believe it would be impossible to defeat Boko Haram as the group is better armed and better motivated than other armies. I feel that a West African united army against the group could possibly have enough strength to defeat them. A coalition as such, even without the direct defeat of Boko Haram will be able to strike up alliances with non-West African countries who may be willing to fight along side
