Relationship Building Plan
A relationship is defined as a way people or groups interact or behave toward each other. As a teacher, interaction with students, parents, administrators, as well as other teachers is a skill one has to develop and perfect. Each situation will require different perspectives to understand the united goal of bettering tomorrow’s leaders. “I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you” (Psalm 32:8) Identifying key points for each relationship is necessary for facilitating a healthy learning environment.

Administrators hold teachers accountable in the school and assure professional development and support. Getting them to play together is the hard part.” A school can be filled with excellent staff, but the students only benefit when they all work together as a cohesive unit. Teachers and administrators need to work together with textbook selection, curriculum development, mentoring, decision making to improve student performance, and teacher evaluation.
