Types of Study Skills

Introduction
People always said knowledge can change their life. For many reasons, people keep learning new things, then the skills of study turns to be more important. Nowadays, thanks for the internet; the world is full of different information. It is difficult to let people study all of them, how to study and what to study becomes a problem. Therefore, we have different study skills to help us study them; Cognitive Learning Styles; Info processing model chart; Time management and goal setting; Twelve Principles of Memory; Brain Dominance Theory and the note taking are part of them. Many people keep asking the best study skill, but in my opinion, I think what they are looking for is the suitable way to study.

Cognitive Learning Styles
Cognitive Learning Styles have separate people to three types.
The Visual Learners, they will highlight important information in textbooks, pictures, and good at charts, graphs, or small sections of printed information. For example, my best friend Helen Ng needs to highlight the main point in different colors, and study it one by one, she said this kind of methods can let her keep in focus.
The Auditory Learners, read load and recite frequently can help their study easier. The example of auditory learners is Kangxi Emperor, the king of Qing Dynasty, he recite each books 50 times to make sure he won’t forgot. Chung-Hsuan Cheng (2011).
And Kinesthetic Learners, they usually use handle objects, tools, or machinery to study they may also use a computer to type information and use muscle memory. Thomas Alva studies a lot of books, and improves the typewriter for studies and inventions. ZHOU ZUO DUN,ZHU YI YUAN (2002).

Brain Dominance Theory

...ge bases. I will note down the important point and book name of these books, so I can find it easily when I need it later. Finally, I am sure I can do better in the following university life, and different kinds of study skills are really helpful for me to improve my study and career, I will use these kinds of skill in next few years.

This is the example of my time table, we can still find a lot of times able to do our other things. Such as reading, playing games, or talk with friends, we can use it to study more or have some working experiences, so we can make our times more effective.
