Trust Between Teacher and Students
In our life,it is a common situation between teacher and students:they always misunderstand each other.Sometimes it causes some unhappy problems and it makes teacher-student relationship get worse. So trust is necessary to teacher-student relationship,it likes a connecting bridge, connecting teacher and students. It can make them closer to each other and let them treat each other like family mumbers.
If teacher and students have trust to each other, they will open their minds and welcome others to come in. Just like movie Freedom Writer, Ms. Gruwell is the best example that makes her class to be a big family.
In movie Freedom Writer , when Ms. Gruwell first came in her class to face students, she found her students

In other word,Ms.Gruwell saved her students’lives. If her students did not get help from her, they may continue fighting with racial problems or fighting in gangs. They may fight for society in a bad way, maybe oneday they would die in a gang violence. But Ms.Gruwell used trust to educate her students and lead them to a right way to fight for freedom,to let other people, especially those who have racial prejudice know about their thoughts. So Ms.Gruwell made them rebirth, made them be successful freedom writers.
In some Chinese schools, although have little racial problems, but it is still a big trust problem in teacher-student relationship:In Zhongnan University,a graduate student had jumped from a building, the reason is he thought his teacher did not trust him and gave a low score for his project .It is a sad example about trust problems.A primary school student also uses same way to suicide. The reason is his teacher put him into a group which he did not like,he misunderstanded teacher and teacher did not communicated with him in time,he felt unfair then he did this stupid decide .These two sorrow cases are caused by trust problems, because their teachers did not

The war of the Black people of getting freedom and their rights and to get themselves a slavery free community. The black Americans were fighting for their freedom, they were passionate, they knew that if they fight, they will achieve what they want. They always wanted their freedom, they always wanted slavery free life. It did not matter to them how long it took or how many lives they lost, but at the end of the day they achieved their freedom. This shows their passion for achieving something which in this case is freedom.
In both Erin’s and Jamie’s school, there was a fundamental distrust of the students by the faculty and a fundamental distrust of the faculty by the students. This environment led to a disconnect between the faculty’s methods and the student’s needs. When Erin and Jamie began to trust their students, that trust was reciprocated in time. Trust in the classroom led to better behavior in the classroom, more interest by the students, and greater expectations of each student’s work. These three factors, based on trust, allowed both Erin’s and Jamie’s class to flourish.
Trust is believing someone or something is reliable, honest, and effective. In any relationship the people in it need to have trust, so they can be assured that they can share anything with the other person. The movie from 1990 Goodfellas by Martin Scorsese is an example of people having to trust one another. The movie keeps me interested because it keeps you wondering who’s going to be next to be killed even though I have watched it multiple times. If the mob has a problem with you they will deal with you by killing you or your family on easier instances they’ll simply make you disappear. They don’t care if you have been loyal if they lose your trust.
Why are relationships important? A review of the research literature shows that authors have a lot to say about positive relationships with students. Thompson (1998) says, “The most powerful weapon available to secondary teachers who want to foster a favorable learning climate is a positive relationship with our students” (p. 6). Canter and Canter (1997) make the statement that we all can recall classes in which we did not try very hard because we didn't like our teachers. Speaking form personal experience as an educator, I realized the importance of the relationship or connection related to teaching. My students responded to instruction and retained knowledge when there was a connection.
relationship with the students, which will produce trust. Once a teacher can establish trust and
"Education is the key to unlock the golden door of freedom.” George Washington Carver spoke with his experience, which means that having knowledge and personal thinking leads to freedom for sure. In essay “Learning to Read and Write” Frederick Douglass describes how he learned to read and write when he was a slave since his childhood. He was challenged by his life of being a slave after he started learning. His enslavers did not want him to learn anything by getting any education. The reason is that getting an education would make him feel worthy and desire to be free. As a slave, education was banned because slavery and education were incompatible. Although his enslavers did everything to stop him learning, he still looked for other ways to learn to read and write since he wanted to become a person not a slave. He thought every human being should have education and freedom. In his story, he was trying to get the key, and to know who he was in order to touch the golden door.
Douglass, once again, uses his powerful tool of thought to survive as a "runaway" slave and to continue to lead a successful life. His experience is proof that the imperative aspects of literacy perpetuate for a lifetime. Thought and understanding are invaluable, everlasting tools that inevitably lead to success.
As a new teacher preparing to embark upon what I hope will be a long-lasting, rewarding career in education, I want to create an inclusive, stimulating and collegial climate in my classroom. I plan to make sure that all my students feel valued, and contribute actively to the knowledge, interactions, learning and interests shared by the class. However, I appreciate that as a new, inexperienced teacher I could encounter or unintentionally create barriers that undermine my vision of an inclusive classroom. Although systems will operate in any school setting that can help or hinder inclusive practices, I believe it is my responsibility to ensure that every student in my care has high aspirations, and experiences success at school regardless of the school context.
...n people have nothing. If people had more compassion for others the United States would not have all the problems that it does today. Mrs. Erin Gruwell had compassion for the students; when they saw how much she cared they changed their perspectives on life. Against all odds toward against Mrs. Erin Gruwell, she had the power of human will to teach the student. The writer introduced several scenarios on how young innocent children were influenced by family and friends of the same racial background to create hatred and gang’s violence against other races. Five messages in Freedom Writer are: Non judgmental, Racism, having compassion, the power of the human will, and education. Being non judgmental, having compassion and having human will helped Mrs. Erin Gruwell educate the children at Woodrow Wilson Classical High School. Segregated by race, united with education.
Have you ever believe in someone when people promise you something, but they are unable to achieve it. There is no right or wrong with the respect of trust, but having a promise that can’t be kept, it is possible to led people losing their trust. On the other way, many people can think of many different ways to evade their promise. In the past, I was the type of person who would trust people easily by what they had said to me, but after I found out it was all lies, I became more sensitive of trusting. People born with the purity in their heart, we believe in our family and friends, but it changes when people grow up. When we were young, we tend to think growing up is a good thing for us because an adult can do everything include goods and bads. In fact, this is the hard part for a teenager growing to be an adult, we have hypothetical
There are many different types of relationships. From your neighbor to your significant other, experiencing different relationships is a part of everyday life. Wether you posses good or bad communication skills will affect the interpersonal relationships within your life. The popular television series Modern Family is a good example of the different types of friendships, types of love, and relationship theories that encompass the everyday person.
I was exposed to a classroom that was very diverse and learned the importance of teaching for learner differences. Not are students are the same and when the needs of a classroom are not being met the students can quickly become frustrated and deterred from learning. When the student’s needs are being met they are able to interact with their peers without the frustration and with guidance can maintain a safe learning environment.
What is trust? Is trust essential for the way we live our everyday life? Trust is a quality or condition of being trustworthy; loyal; reliable. I think trust is an essential way of life because you cannot make a relationship, friendship, a business, or an organization if there is no foundation. Part of that foundation is trust and loyalty because you should be able to depend, rely, and trust others that they will do exactly what is right for them and you. Trust can be broken so quick, it is scary, because once trust is broken it is a lot harder to gain back then when you first gained trust in someone. This relates to my life because my trust with my dad was alerted going into my freshman year.
There are many benefits to teachings having a good relationship with the student’s family, guardian, or parents. Teachers should begin the school year with building positive relationships with the student’s families. In the book it mentions that there is ongoing research that indicates the benefits of family involvement in children’s education. Some of these benefits mentioned were children earning higher grades, tend to have better attendance, have higher rates of homework completion, and are more motivated and have positive attitudes towards school. Through the reading it also emphasizes on the increase in family involvement in children’s education will result in a decrease in students participating in substance abuse and violence. Students
