Imagine sending your child into a bathroom knowing a child predator is lurking around waiting for his or her next victim. These are the thoughts that pass through many American’s mind, regarding transgender bathroom laws and current policies. Why? Is it because the perception is that every man is a sexual predator regardless if they identify as a woman. Why is there a bigger controversy when it is identifying Male to Female and not Female to Male? The statistic regarding child predators is what drives us to believe that.
