...around you, especially subordinates. The ways one acts is emulated consistently be subordinates and recreated. As a leader I believe it is most important to continually act ethically in a given situation; as you want you your followers to lead with a defined sense of right and wrong. Furthermore, I believe the best method for employing ethical leadership is through transformational leadership. Instilling your organizations beliefs and values into a subordinate and having them desire to follow the same principals allows for interpersonal relations to grow. These relations only help to benefit ethical leaders. My personal leadership is an ongoing process as I shape who I am and solidify my values and beliefs in alignment with the Canadian Armed Forces. I aspire to be a leader in the forces whose core philosophy is ethics, knowing the difference between right and wrong.
