Value is the key. When a person feels valued they will make sacrifices for the people or company that is making an investment in them. Having a “valued attitude” makes a sensational employee. Now when we look at the worker who only makes minimum wage, we might see that mother who is always stressed at work. They don’t feel appreciated because they can’t fully support what they are working for. Such as food, gas, rent, car insurance, a phone bill, or fun on the weekend.
