To Become the Elite
The US Air Force’s fighter squadrons are a widely known superpower in today’s military world, and it is by far one of the most interesting occupations to hold. My interest in the USAF came to me at the young age of just about eight years old, and I have been working to achieve the goal of becoming a fighter pilot ever since. If you have any interest in aircraft or any aerospace technology then the US Air Force is a probably the place for you. In this paper, I will be focusing on the occupation of a fighter pilot. Sit down, buckle up, and get ready for I tidal wave of information to come your way!
The USAF has held itself to high standards since its formation, and it expects its elite fighter pilots to be examples of its shining history. 2. Founded on September 18, 1947, the Air Force has vowed undying loyalty to the citizens of the United States. Given that vow, it has since prepared each of its cadets for extraneous situations involving any scenario. The most prepared and specially trained occupation, however; would be the fighter squadrons. 3. The tasks set out for the fighter squadrons are among the most important priorities for our nation’s security; they are faced with the responsibility of protecting our borders and our global ally’s borders from threats. 10. So, naturally, the men and women that are a part of the fighter squadrons must be exceptional leaders with strong will, extraordinary intellectual abilities, and unrelenting bravery. “Not everyone can succeed in Air Force pilot training, the pilot candidate must become a commissioned officer, a process that will weed out those lacking in leadership potential. ...ongest of us all. This career is meant for no one but a United States Airman. Your purpose in life is to be the best you can be, and the Air Force will make you better than that. I choose to make the Air Force my goal and my future. Live by the Air Force motto: Aim High … Fly-Fight-Win.
