Feeling fulfill at work is about being part of a team, working together and build up each other’s strength, helping each other in a meaningful way and doing the job that one loves. This will help one’s employees to build their confidence and the employer and the employese will be there to help each other, this is how trust is built between employers and their employees. Leadership is about being able to help others to build their own strength and also help that person to know that when push comes to shove, they can trust that one is there to help them in their time of need. The law of the lid is the leader’s ability to define his or her level of efficiency.
