When there is no way of mending the two depleted spirits, the problems lead to divorce. Divorce is the legal dissolution of a marriage by a court or other competent body. In today’s society, divorce is a common fate of marriages. Divorce is detrimental, and it can change many things including children, money, and lifestyle. When two people are no longer married, they understand that “until death do us part” was not the truth. All around the world divorce rates have been rising precipitously. The termination of a marriage is a legal act that may not always correspond to a couple’s emotional values. Divorce is typically a painful process for all concerned. Although it can take adults time to regain their psychological equilibrium and emotional stability, whether or not children ever fully recover continues to be debated. Post-divorce hostility between adults, aside from directly harming kids is a sure indicator that the emotional and physical bonding of their marriage has disintegrated.
