In todays’ world, the cheapest food you can buy is the one that is worst for your body. Nutrition is the key for your guidance and success in high school sports. Not only are you competing, you’re growing. “During your teen years, girls sprout an average 10 inches and gain 53 pounds, while boys averagely grow 11 inches and gain 70 pounds during their teen years” (Jensen). This is why kids now a days’ need to layoff of the fatty foods that are being thrown into their faces.
