Everyone gets sad sometimes from uneasy events but usually those people resolve the problem in a few hours or days then everything is back to normal. There are more serious situations when someone stays sad for a longer period of time. They may get symptoms of clinical depression and it can just go downhill from there. Depression can be very serious if it is bad enough to the point where you are mentally or physically harmful. You can go see a doctor and they can give you prescription drugs to help you or in a vague way of saying it to get more happy. There are a lot of drugs to help you get better. Another way to help the depression is to see someone to talk to a psychologist or psychiatrist. They are special doctors that help you primarily well known for just talking to the patient and it really does help people out. They are not very much doctors they are more like friends who are trying to help. They obviously do not want to see you being depressed because you are not happy and always sad they love you so they want the best for you and to be happy with life.
