Being healthy is a topic that is on everyone mind in today’s society. Everywhere you look, whether on televisions, advertisements or by word of mouth, people are trying to live, eat and just do better. Health may and can include taking medication for a short or long-term period of time. For some medicine may be needed daily for the rest of their lives. Health is the general condition of a person in all aspects. It is also a level of functional and or metabolic efficiency of a human. Every human being health is very important and we cannot function if our health is not intact. That is the reason why I choose Pfizer for my SWOT analysis, because Pfizer is the world’s largest research-based pharmaceutical company and ranking #1 in the United States. Good health is vital to all of us, and finding reasonable solutions to the most intriguing health care challenges of our world waits for no one. That's why Pfizer is committed to applying science and our global resources to improve health and well-being at every stage of life. Pfizer strive to provide access to safe, effective and affordable medicines and related health care services to everyone who need them. Pfizer is the maker of Benadryl, Celebrex, Diflucan, Depo-Provera, Flaygl, lyrical, Lipitor, Zanax, and Zoloft just to name a few. Pfizer makes products for just about every ailment that a person could possibly have from birth-control to depression. They are just an amazing company and to think what would the world be like without their products. Pfizer works to deliver, invent and to develop safe and effective ways to prevent or treat some of the world's most challenging diseases. Along with safety comes protecting our environment, and Pfizer is on the Going Green bandwagon. Pfizer has made a commitment to environmental, health and safety. Pfizer believes in environmental programs and also to enhance business and compliance with the Going Green incentives. Pfizer developed a program called Environment Sustainability Program designed to help with their Going Green Project. The main focus of the program is to set short and long term goals for environmental activities with guidance from other business partners, stakeholders and consumers. They have also pledged to maintain a foundation that aligns with Corporate Responsibility to reduce our environmental impact globally.
