Stem cells and cloning have been around for a long time now. This process of this research has caused controversy and it has a lot of people wondering. The research on the development of stem cells and cloning has benefits scientifically, ethnically, and medically that are outgrowing today’s surrounding controversy. Adult and/or Embryonic stem cells are conjoined with animal cells to clone. In the process of cloning, genetic material is transferred between the human and the animal cell.
To begin with, stem cells can establish several different cell types in the human body during the times of early life and growth. Stem cells are unspecialized cells that are capable of renewing themselves through the division of a cell.
Many tissues have the responsibility of serving as an internal repair system which is similar to cutting your finger and the red blood cells rush to fix your wound. The internal repair system divides without limitations to restore other cells as long as a human and animal are alive and breathing. When a stem cell divides, each new cell has the right to stay a stem cell or become a completely new cell with a function that is significant.
Correspondingly, stem cells are the type of cells that can be induced to become a tissue or an organ specific cell with special functions. 2 stem cells from both animals and humans are called the Embryonic Stem Cell and the Non-Embryonic Stem Cell which is also known as a somatic or an adult stem cell.
Scientists found ways to formulate embryonic stem cells from mouse embryos in 1981. The biological study of mouse stem cells led to a discovery in 1998 of a method to formulate stem cells from human embryos and grow the cells in the laboratory. (2015)
