Let us pray.
Gracious God,
Thank you for this beautiful day and the chance to share the Gospel today. Please help us to hear, understand and practice God’s word through the Holy Spirit, In the name of Jesus Christ. We pray, Amen.
Now, I have a question to ask you. If you know the answer, please raise your hand. When you raise your hand, I will give you a chance to answer.
The question is “Do you remember the title of the sermon from last Sunday? If you know the title, please raise your hand.
(When someone from the congregations says the correct answer, I will respond) Wow, that’s right. The title of the sermon was “Compassion”
(Give a gift to a congregant) “Thank you for remembering the title of sermon.”
In last Sunday, I preached about compassion of Jesus. Jesus and disciples were tired and wanted to have the rest with disciples. However, Jesus moved to many people coming to him and he began to teach them many things. Jesus had compassion on them and moved to them because the people are like “sheep without a shepherd”.
In today’s Bible story, many people still are following Jesus because they want to see more of his miraculous healing power. (1-4) Jesus looked up and saw the large crowd coming toward him. Jesus asks Philip how they may feed the crowd. …show more content…

It is this same love that works to restore human beings to the image of God. God gave God’s Son to save all human beings from depravity and death. The Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit is of a substance and glory with the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit comforts, sustains and guides all believers to become authentic disciples and children of Jesus. Through the Holy Spirit, we can understand and experience the knowledge and love of God and love for our neighbor. So, I always say to you, “The grace of Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the communion of Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen” benediction. Do you remember
