The earth has a lot problems that influence life. Global warming, Species extinction, as well as Ocean acidification that all issues in human’s life. One major issue that has a major impact that should be talked about is Species extinction. This world has many species that keep the balance. When one species begin to die out the other species will reduce too. When this happens humans face the possibility of mass extinction and people can not live in earth anymore. They need to find the way to save them.
Human activity has influence species extinction. For example, Tim Flannery says,
“Since human first wandered from their original habitat in Africa. over fifty millennia age. They have radically altered the environment wherever they have gone often at the cost of the animals who’d raled the wild before mankind’s arrival.”(Flannery 2001)
Humans have killed a lot animals because they need something from this animal like it’s meat, coat even teeth. For example, there was an animal named Quagga that lived in Africa. This animal look like a zebra but half his body was like a zebra and the other half of his body was like a horse. (The reason the Quagga went extinct due to overhunting. People were hunting this animal for meat and clothing and its fur. In 1883 the last Quagga dead in the Artis Magistra Zoo in Amsterdam and now the Quagga is gone forever.
Another cause for animal extinction is due to the loss of animal habitat. Humans take a lot of the animals land because they need more space to live. Because of this current Urbanization, there is a large amount of deforestation. They become deserted because they don't have trees to cover them, water in the soil is lost. Species extinction is a huge problem that needs to be fixed. Many animals, as well as certain plant species are dying due to hunting, loss of habitat, and pollution. They need to find a way to help stop this problem before it is too late. If humans lose all species, humans may not be able to live anymore either and they may face our own extinction. They need to be kind to our planet!
