“Social workers help people through counseling services and referral to other sources. They also help make society more responsive to peoples need through policy and advocacy. The major areas where social workers practice includes: child welfare and family services, mental health, medical social work, school social work, community organization, planning and policy development, and social welfare administration” (Wittenberg 67).This research show that social worker help people find the solution and improve their lifestyle by counseling the services social worker organized the plans, create policies, and develop communities. These sources help people to improve their life. This information also explains the major areas where the social worker highly demand and practices.
