Cognitive-behavioural therapy can also reduce physiological problem caused by internet addiction. According to psychiatrist Aaron T. Beck,” cognitive treatment help to learn new coping skills in order to better handle their mental issues, develop more positive beliefs and behavior, and even resolve long-standing life problem”(Internet Addiction, 2009). The therapist will help to break down their problem in small parts and unlearn negative reaction, instead learn positive reaction. That will cause them to be happy.
