According to en.wikipedia.org, “Gender Diversity is a term referring to how different genders are represented in a relevant setting. Primarily this term is often used to refer to females and males, though in some contexts and research the term may also refer to those who fall into non-binary categories of gender”. Diversity deals with a variety of different categories, such as racial, ethnic, and generational groups.

Race is explained as “A group of people identified as distinct from other groups because of supposed physical or genetic traits shared by the group. Most biologists and anthropologists do not recognize race as a biologically valid classification, in part because there is more genetic variation within groups than between them”. When people think about race, they think “color”, and that is not the case, it is far deeper. In the 19th century, intelligence, health and personality determined the race of someone. In some cases, people of different racial groups work very well together, others not so much. Racial discrimination has always been a big issue since as long as anyone can remember. Media has an immense impact on the way people view and think about race. Society has made a large improvement on racial equality throughout each community, but the fact is racism happens every day. Most movies involve predominantly white people as the main character. People of color seem to get the role of the house cleaner, or the gangster. This shows that directors and screenwriters typically incorporate many of these racial stereotypes in their movies for the world to see. It is especially important for not only children but for every one of a different ethnicity to come together and to be treated equally. Some concerns in the work...

It is crucial for each generation to understand different working styles, as not everyone agrees with the same values. It is important to consider the generational values, as each generation has particular values. Not considering these values can result in conflict and workplace issues. Sharing insights is a great deal in the workplace. If two or more employees of different generations get into an argument, they can learn a lot by sharing their perception. Finally, it is important to learn from others as each generation has something to teach the next.
