Social is the dimension that focuses on the individual’s interactions and friendship with other people. Social wellness is important because it helps shape a community. I really want to go to Ranger school and that requires being in the best physical shape possible. I am currently very strong in Emotional, Social, and Occupational wellness, and know I won’t need to focus on it too much. However, I am always looking to improve myself.
