Students and parents, especially students, are stressing out about having to wear school uniforms. Requiring school uniform has done many destruction to students. It has made them feel uncomfortable that it has get them to the point where they can not even learn. Researchers in University of Nevada established that 90 percent of students in school do not like wearing school uniforms (Should Students Have to Wear School Uniforms). Many students feel that wearing a dress code takes away their right and they feel like their opinions don 't even matter. Oppositions say that wearing school uniform reduces the percentage of school bullying. According to academician Tony Volk, an expert on bullying, there is no evidence in bullying that supports contraction in violence due to school dress codes. Although everyone is wearing the same thing, it does not mean that people behave and act differently just because of what they wear (Top 10 Reasons School Uniforms Should be Banned). Bullies can always come up with what to say to certain people just to make them feel bad and not worth. Wearing a dress code does not change a person 's way of thinking and it does not affect a person 's behavior no matter if it is good or bad. Being able to wear anything a student desire gives students have better views of self image and by feeling this way, there would be a lower chance of bullying because then, students would be able to stand up for themselves no matter how they look or act (Top 10 Reasons School Uniforms Should be Banned). Wearing a school uniform keeps people from being him or herself but they are what the school wants them to be. An adult decides to wear what he or she wants and they make their own decisions but making students wear their same dress code every single day keeps them from experiencing what their way of life would be like as an adult (Should Students Have to Wear School Uniforms). The first amendment of of the US constitution is disobey by the usage of school uniforms.
