Yes, I did discovered that my energy intake numbers were a little surprising because I predicted that I approximately take in about 2,000-2,250 Calories a day and when I look at my food log my weekday’s calorie intake was below 2,000. On Wednesday, September 14, 2016 my Calories intake was about 1,763 Calories. On Thursday, September, 15, 2016 my Calories intake was about 1, 925 Calories. On Friday, September 16, 2016 my Calories intake was about 1,704 Calories. On Saturday, September 17, 2017 my Calories intake was about 2,197 Calories. Based on my Calories intake output I should be heading in the direction of losing weight or stay consistent with my current weight because my energy expenditure has mainly been greater than my energy intake. Yes, my energy intake and expenditure did differ from the week to the weekend. I think there was a difference because I ate more junk food on Saturday than Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Also, there is a difference because I ate my fruit and vegetables during the week day than the weekend.
