If I had to vote for any of the presidents that we researched, I would probably vote for Ronald Reagan. I felt as if he was the best president that my group researched. I really liked all of his policies, and I thought they made a great impact on America. Ronald Reagan was a Republican, which meant that he favored having a free market, limit government regulation of industry, and allowing individuals to help the needy. Republicans are also against same-sex marriage and in the case of abortion, they are pro-life.

Ronald Wilson Reagan, which is Ronald’s full name, was born in Tampico, Illinois in 1911. He attended Eureka college. Reagan was a radio sports announcer after college. He was also a movie actor. Reagan appeared in fifty-three films in his twenty years as an actor. Ronald Reagan was a spokesperson for General Electric. Also, Ronald used to tour the country to give speeches. He was the governor of California for two terms before he decided to run for president. Ronald was married to Nancy Davis, which was his second wife, and they had two children together. He had a total of four children.
The first domestic policy of Ronald Reagan’s that I’m going to talk about is the Economy Recovery Act of 1981. It reduced taxes by 25% over three years. It also planned to institute supply-side economics. The Economy Recovery Act of 1981 also cut $40 billion from the federal budget. I like this policy because it helps the people. And it strengthens the government.
The next domestic policy is that he reduced the government’s role in the economy. This is the removal of government control over industry, deregulated airlines, telecommunications, and banking. It also cut funding for federal agencies that oversaw other agencies. I thought ...

I like this because it shows how far Reagan would go to get to peace. He never gave up, and he kept at it. This shows how good of a president Ronald Reagan is. It shows that he is willing to compromise, which is a problem that we have now.
I choose to vote for Ronald Reagan because he is a great president. He accomplished many things during his presidency. He never gave up on what he wanted to accomplish. I think he was a great president. Everyone else thought he was a great president as well because he was the president for two terms. I believe in what Ronald Reagan did throughout his presidency. I believe that he had good foreign and domestic policies. His policies really helped further the United States.
