Professional medical communications programs are for to (hva mener du her?) affect the behavior/social context of the professionals that are responsible for administering health care. The key audience in this case are not the general public, but rather people that are providing health care, such as nurses, dentists, social workers, physicians and other health care providers. The similarities between professional medical communications and other areas of health communications are the understanding of what the patients’ beliefs are, as well as their attitudes, practices and needs. An example could be WaterAid in Tanzania. WaterAid is an international charity organization, whose goal is to help underdevelopment countries to get access to clean water. He was telling them that he had some back pain, but the doctor at the first hospital just said that might be because that he was a heavy smoker. It was obvious that this place was limit with financial support, everything there was old and smelly. Even our insurance company told us that this place was a hospital that they never wanted their customers to go to, because the lack of financial support, the hospital would do anything to keep their patients longer. The hospitals priority should be to get more financial support from other Scandinavian health insurance companies, since they had a perfect location. In my opinion I think this is the most important part of a clinical change. 5. As mentioned before on the last discussion paper, my doctor never writes out prescription anymore, however, she does send the prescription electronically to a pharmacy, and I can just pick up any pharmacies I want, since they all have the same system. She also uses the computer, which I think all of the Norwegian doctors use the computer
