The leaders like to think about the old problem by a new way. The leaders also inspire the employees not only believe the leaders but also believe themselves that they can create more interest for organisation. The leaders ask employees to focus on the interest of the organsiation rather than themselves. For transaction approach, the leader is kind of like the manager as the leader can reward and punish the employees to promote them. Employees can get rewards or punishment for their own effort.
