Camping Ritual
My friends, brother and I go camping in Summerville, a state park in Texas yearly. Many people go camping but my friends and I have the best camping trips that you can ever have. Our camping experience consist of chasing animals during the dark nights, exploring places people have never been to before, finding our own dinner and being the pranksters that we can sometimes be, while also being fire experts. Our camping experience is about bonding together as a group of friends and having a fun time through new adventures.
The camping event that occurs yearly we go through a process of finding where we want to camp and plan some of the things we want to accomplish while being there. After the frantic and much anticipated drive

I remember one time we burnt a whole bag of marshmallows and it literally expanded twice the size of its original size, while doing that we put in glow sticks, I highly advise against this because it is unhealthy to inhale the toxic fumes of whatever the glow liquid is and it fumes smell horrid.
We always have a desire to explore the unknown regions. Carrying our camo backpacks with pocket knives, food, and other utilities. My friends and I wandered off to explore the wild night. The difference at night between Houston and Summerville is substantial, because of how many lights there are in Houston the area is well lit, whereas the Summerville is much darker. We always look for something that gets our adrenaline pumping, we ventured off with our bright LED flashlights looking for either an animal to chase or people to mess with. There was a pack of

Camping always provides us with learning opportunities like how to build a fire from scratch It has become so fun and exhilarating to us that it keeps bringing up back camping. Camping is a time to explore, try new things and forget about the technical and complicated world we live in. The camping tradition that I have with my brother and two best friends is incredible, we cherish and always desire more after it ends. It always lives up to the hype we give it and in return, it gives us great memories with each other and strengthens our bond as
In article “Camping for their lives,” author Scott Bransford gives commendable information about the tent cities and causes of them. He gave a good start to article by mentioning experience of Marie and Francisco Caro. The article starts with Marie and Francisco Caro building their tent alongside the Union Pacific Railroad tracks in downtown Fresno (p. 1). He also mentioned that how harsh the conditions were when they started building their tent by mentioning that even a strong person could wither in a place like that. As the choice of name of the topic is sensible and evocative, it helps him to get more attention towards the article. He uses expert opinions describing about the tent cities and causes. As mentioned in the text, Rahul Mehrotra
I went to camp Kangaroobie in year 5. Camp Kangaroobie was my favorite camp, it was just so much fun! Camp was honestly one of my favourite school experiences! I learnt so much at camp and experienced so many new things, which I never thought I would!
Backcountry camping is wonderful so we can get away from all the stresses of work, home and life in general. We leave conveniences and comforts but are not seeking to do things the hardest way possible.
Imagine the biggest deer of our life walking in front of us. The thing is so big that at first glance you didn’t even think it was a deer. That is what the Zellmer deer camp is all about. The deer camp was started seven and a half decades ago by my grandfather’s grandfather.
When thought of camping is referenced the idea of families going hiking through the woods having a blast telling stories by the fire comes to mind. Camping is viewed to the public as recreational event families and friends take part in to get away from society for a short period of time. Scott Bransford author of “Camping for Their Lives” sees camping in a completely different manner. Homeless are colonizing in areas around or outside cities; the government refers to these areas as “tent cities” rather than the slums, in which they resemble. Scott Bransford stresses the addictions, living situations, job market, and the role government assist has little to no help towards rehabilitating and getting the homeless off the streets. His article
She doesn't really care for camping; she'd rather be at home watching TV. She goes because my dad likes to once in a while. I, on the other hand, love to camp and adore being out in the nature.

The trip began when I took a small green pencil and signed by name on the release forms needed to hike in Yosemite National Park. I and nine of my friends left the ranger station that night with a neatly folded map and a felling of excitement to what lay ahead. The long drive to the park left us tired and in need of a good night’s sleep. We decided to stay in tent city like most hikers do before they set out for their trek. Tent city was a large subdivision of tents that resembled a community of houses. Each tent was perfectly uniformed in its appearance and made up a total of fifty tents. Before we went to bead, we studied our maps and made an itinerary to the amount of hiking we would do.
Camping is a fun activity for friends and family, that’s the time where they share their memories, and also make new ones. On the other hand, camping is when people are trying to stay off the rain, and wild animals form attacking them. That’s when camping is a time their lives depends on it. The article “Camping for their lives” by Scott Bransford talk about small and big cities that is over populated with homeless citizens. The article talks about what is happening in the scene, and what they have to face each and everyday order to survive.

Hiking and camping are activities wherein picking the place is essential but neither the time nor the number of participants. No guidelines for campers say that you can’t go during a certain season even if that appeals to you. At times, when you look for quietude, it may even be gainful to travel solo.
"Hey, be careful and don't do anything stupid," my dad said to me right before I hopped into Chase Miller's dark blue Chevy S-10 with a camper shell on the back. I looked at Chase and Tyler Becker and said, "Let's go camping." As Chase pushed down the gas pedal, a big cloud of black smoke shot out of the back of the truck and the smell of burning motor oil filled the cab.
I awoke to the sun piercing through the screen of my tent while stretching my arms out wide to nudge my friend Alicia to wake up. “Finally!” I said to Alicia, the countdown is over. As I unzip the screen door and we climb out of our tent, I’m embraced with the aroma of campfire burritos that Alicia’s mom Nancy was preparing for us on her humungous skillet. While we wait for our breakfast to be finished, me and Alicia, as we do every morning, head to the front convenient store for our morning french vanilla cappuccino. On our walk back to the campsite we always take a short stroll along the lake shore to admire the incandescent sun as it shines over the gleaming dark blue water. This has become a tradition that we do every
When life is perfect there is this feeling of overwhelming smiles. Like I want to scream or yell just because my life is so incredibly perfect. I felt this way the summer of 2002 at Lutherdale Bible Camp. But what is weird is that I don't know what makes it so perfect. Like what is the real difference from here to there? There I have this feeling of being so incredibly close to everything. As opposed to being to being in the real world, hearing and seeing what really goes on. When I was at camp I feel like I am really special. Like people wanted me to be there, and want to get to know me and just want to be around me. Of course I have plenty of friends and family at my house, but the people there are somewhat different. They make it seem like I am important.
They will be sleeping closer together so the will feel like a family instead of at a resort where the probably won’t talk to each other unless they have to. If they are in a resort there is going to be activity that they are going to do on their own. If the go to a campground they are more likely to do something with you like hiking, fishing and learning about the wild. That is why you should go to a campsite instead of a
