Human rights are something that plays a major role in everybody’s life, but not everyone realizes it. To live a peaceful life, human rights have to be there to protect our lives. If we think what are human rights? The answer is very simple. We can find humanity in a very small act and in any gesture. Human rights means being able to work where race, ethnicity, gender doesn’t matter. Racism plays a very major role in human rights. There are so many lives affected by racism. I would fight for racism to protect other peoples and those who are connected to me. Racism involved nearly in every racial joke we make, and every hateful comment regarding to people’s life. There are so many people who are affected by this and are forced to take an action called “suicide”. Racism is developed by many different simple ways. We don’t educate our kids. Kids are the future of our country, but we don’t show them what is right. Usually parents don’t pay attention to this topic when discussing in front of their kids. Whatever parents say kids will follow. For instance, if we say all blacks are criminals, all Asian are rude and all white are devils, kids will mark our words and think that way throughout their life. We have to stop thinking like that, and make ourselves perfect. We have to educate ourselves first, and then our children. That is only the way we can completely destroy the racism. How racism makes its way into our lives is through the media. I think the media is the major source of keeping racism active itself. Sometimes the media portrays things in a very wrong way. They show people what they want it to show, instead of showing what is right. Sometimes, without any evidence and proof media target people of colors.
