Rennes Health and Rehab Center: Rhinelander, Wisconsin
Rennes Health and Rehab Center is a rehabilitative services and skilled nursing facility. The facility is run, operated and began by a family. Rennes is known for the excellence of care delivered in its facilities and permanency in the community. It is a profit organization that focuses on short term and long term care needs that are met by highly skilled staff. Rennes Health and Rehab in Rhinelander, Wisconsin is one of the eleven facilities in the northeast and central Wisconsin.
Rennes in Rhinelander currently has 72 beds for short term and long term care. Residents staying at the facility can receive occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy and 24 hour nursing care. Rennes also offers daily recreational activities and outings, spiritual services and beautician and barber services. Once residents are discharged, he or she can have the option to continue outpatient therapy to meet his or her therapeutic needs.
Rennes staff is consisted of certified nursing assistants, nurses, director of nursing, assistant director of nursing, marketing coordinator, administrator, assistant administrator, director of therapy, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, housekeeping, maintenance, drivers, director of activities, activity coordinators, assistant director of social services, and director of social services.
This paper will look at the history of Rennes, when it was created and its primary purpose/focus, it will also look at its mission statement, the programs offered at Rennes, population, structure of the organization, work environmental and areas of Rennes that need to be improved.

Structure
Rennes a profit organization. The leaders of the organization start out with President of the organization, the vice-president, and two main administers that help run all of the Rennes in Wisconsin. At each Rennes there is a head administer, director of therapy, director of nursing and a director of social services. Under the administer is an assistant, and scheduling assistant. The director of nursing has an assistant and also works with the other nurses and certified nursing assistants. Director of therapy is in charge of occupational therapists, physical therapists and the speech therapist. The Social Services director has a part-time assistant. Figure 1 displays Rennes in Rhinelander’s organization.
