Today, companies in the United States are highly diversified. It should be difficult for executives to accommodate the religious needs of all employees. There are so many religions in the world, which is impossible to comprehend and track different requirements and needs. The candidates that applying for a job should clearly explain to employer if something specific needs to be done. On other hand, if companies are hiring employees with specific religious requirements, they should accommodate employee religious needs much it possible. However, employee should understand that his personal needs should not have negative impact on the business. I strongly believe that religious accommodations have positive and negative impact for the businesses. The religious accommodation required specific scheduling and change work assignments.
