As far as 10-20 years from now I don’t think it will be this easy because as you get older everything slows down which makes it harder to maintains and get back to the way it was before. So I think that I will take action fast before I reach a certain age. As far as morbidity I am disease-free later on in life I don’t have a clue what I may get but I know not many diseases run in my family. Vitality I don’t have a problem with I don’t look my age and my family doesn’t age much. I don’t know what I may develop 10-20 years from now maybe a few wrinkles here and there I hope nothing to big. Well disabilities come with age so right now I don’t have any disabilities but I do expect to maybe developed a few its much more common in women and older women .
