First of all let’s just say that what happened to Shoshana Hebshi was extremely wrong. Mrs. Hebshi and the other two men where profiled due to their ethnicity background. It is sad to say but after the travesty of 9/11 racial profiling has occur more than it did in the past. The intent of racial profiling in law enforcement is to protect the wellbeing of our nation. However there are many problems with racial profiling. Even though racial profiling is unconstitutional many different agencies do it. Also the majority rule has its problems as well.
The intent of racial profiling in the law enforcement has a monumental impact. Although in an odd way if the law enforcement did not have some kind of profiling as a nation we might have more attacks. The thing that our law enforcement plan to do or achieve is the safety of national security. I however am not saying that I think that they should racial profile people, but I think that they should pay close attention to the people who look or act in a bizarre way. In the case of Shoshana Hebshi in my opinion she was not acting in a queer way...
