Some people argue that the government should subject video games to legislative restriction and oversight due to their negative effect on players. The negative effects link video games to aggression, violence, addiction and stereotyping. The art content of video games corrupts people soul thus causing anger, humor, and lust in a doubtful manner. The violent content exposure motivates the players to engage in the actual violence such as mass shooting in a school or at Movie Theater. On the other point of view, exposures to violent video games do not necessary lead to violent behaviors. Naturally, people claim that exposure to violent art makes an individual violent. However, even before video games inventions, human were probably violent (LaBossiere, 2012).
