Project management ensures that the task is accomplished minimizing the risk factors in specific time frame and minimizing the cost incurred while maximizing customer satisfaction. Henceforth, project management mainly deals with the areas such as cost, time, quality, scope, management of stakeholders, human resource management and risk management.
Every project has a projected level of quality. When the projects vary, there will be variation in quality too. The specifications established by the customer will decide what the expected level of quality is. (PMP 2008)
PDCA quality management theory according to Deming’s, in Figure 1.0 states that it’s essential to establish a starting point from where we can measure quality in the project lifecycle. In the progression of the project, decisions are reviewed keeping that starting point in mind and modifications are made accordingly. Therefore project quality management plays an inevitable role in every stage of the project.

The CRM they use is not that advanced, they have hired IT engineers to work on it and develop more advanced CRM. Moreover, I believe that although the company being cautious about the quality concept, but due to lack of clear definition of procedures to be followed while a project is accepted there raises a loophole in actual practice. Also, the company didn 't clearly define the procedures to be adhered strictly so as to achieve organizational objectives. Furthermore, I found some delays in engineering work because of communication gap. Summing it up, in a nutshell there are some good points along with gaps in AICA group.
