The absence of the knowledge on how imperative venture administration is making a lot of understudies needs all the benefits and the advantages that come with project management. Due to the wide range of areas that the two cover, such students are considered as a priority since they are well equipped. Many organizations and employers would prefer them since they are able to handle several positions in the organizations and thus they are considered as an asset to the organizations, (Hesselbarth & Stefan, 28). The knowledge in Project Management helps the students to be able to be good project managers and hence even if they get a job in the business administration, they are able to be considered in the project management. Additionally, when one is looking for a job, possibilities are that they would not lack a change as either project managers or in the business administration. Project Management is a broad term referencing the necessary steps taken by management to ensure a product is feasible before and during implementation. According to Project Management Learning Objectives, the steps to achieve success in this area include: testing and measuring products, evaluating and managing the product cycle, comparing costs and benefits, measuring product worth, economic analysis, product analysis, teambuilding and leadership, and budgeting and cost control (Project Management Outline). Project Managers oversee many different areas of the business and are responsible for project success.
