Evansdale Realty taken over the management of a small block of flats in Evansdale Height. Kate the property manager by call by Bob. Bob being a tenant of the unit, a few weeks back he badly damaged the car park roller door, it was now jammed in the raised position and couldn 't be lowered.

This incident happens under the old management. Bob tried to get the previous managing agent to get the door repaired but had no success. On the day Bob reported the damaged roller door to Kate, she contacted two companies to repair it. First one said the dent can be repaired but the motor is burned out they quoted $2,500 and would take three weeks. The second quote was for $6000 to replace the entire door in one day and could be done immediately. She then phoned the landlord’s insurance company who would not consider a claim, until they received three quotes. She contracted the landlord to see if she would spend $6000 to get the door fixed immediately or wait for the cheaper repair option, but Kate had not heard from her.

The problem from Bob damaging the door making it un-closable, then not receiving a response from the landlord to decide for which option to fix the garage door. All these problems lead to another tenant named George calling Kate and giving her an abusive phone call, whose car was broken into overnight and his camera equipment stolen. He is now blaming Bob and Evansdale Reality for leaving the car park unsecured by not getting the car park door fixed.
