People go through different things their entire life. Many people suffer hardships and loss. Some go through events in their life that build strength, and some suffer through things that break them down. Every person has different back rounds as well. There’s many things that justify someone’s back ground and way of life. Community, culture, race and customs are just some ways that can justify someone’s way of life and or background. Teenage girls will experience many thing as in, Cooley’s looking glass. Adults will experience marriage and job difficulties. All the difficulties we go through, make us the people we are today. I spent my entire 19 years of life in a small town right outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I grew up in the same house, with the same five people. Our family grew when we adopted our two cats and dog but, it has always been the same. Broomall is my home, it’s my comfort zone, it’s the community that I will always go back to and feel safe. I have two older brothers, Matthew and Michael and, a mother and father. My household could be looked at as an “Ideal Family” but we had many difficulties as well. Our household was a matriarchy my entire life. My mom made all the rules, cooked, cleaned, drove us to practice, and still managed to work two jobs my entire life. My mom was a second shift mother. My father, worked most the time and growing up was never around much. When I was growing up, there was a lot of conflict in my house. My brother had many problems and always was fighting with my parents. Growing up, I was used to screaming and fighting almost every day. The fighting got better as time went on, and things approved around my house. The fighting has never defined me for who I am, but has made other fights more difficult for me to
