In this task I am going to be explaining each principle of effective communication (General, Interpersonal and Written) and describe the potential barriers (problems) to effective communication in the presentation
General Communication Skills
General skills scenario skills are about the different kind of communication skills and how different people use these communications skills.
Culture differences are the different ways that people communicate with each other. In different culture people use different ideas to greet and communicate some parts of the worlds people use signs, hand communication, whistling and also tongue clicking to greet people.
When we are communicating to someone e.g. in form of presentation, we need to make sure that the information we provide is based on a fact that can be proved or if it’s an opinion then we need to give the reference. Opinion can be based on fact as well but it can be changed.
Adapting to suit an audience; the way you talk face to face real life can be used to show your emotions, feelings and also to show how serious or unserious the matter/issue is.
Question and Answer It is a technique is usually use at the end of presentation to make sure that audience have understood the main objective of the information provided. It may also be possible for audience to throw a question on the presenter, and the presenter will have to answer it.

Grammar It is important to write in correct grammar and also to spell things right in written communication. If there are spelling and grammar mistakes it can cause a terrible misunderstanding.
Capitalization is often used at the start if a sentence or nouns and also in acronyms like BTEC. Some people use it to show how serious they are and normally the end of the message with an exclamation mark.
Conclusion I conclude that to have a good communication need to consider the general, interpersonal and writing skills of the audience.
