In 1889, Adolf Hitler was born in Braunau an Inn, Austria-Hungary to Klara and Alois Hitler. Hitler did extremely well in primary school; his grades were above average. Hitler's father wanted him to enter the civil service and thus sent him to Realschule, a secondary school that emphasized modern languages and technical subjects. Since Hitler wanted to be an artist, he purposely did poorly in Realschule. His father died in 1903 and the absence of a fatherly figure led to Hitler's dropping out of school entirely. In pursuit of his dream, he moved to Vienna, but was rejected by the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts in 1907. The World War I in 1914 helped Hitler, as his inherited money started to exhaust. He volunteered in the German army and served the whole war. When Germany lost the war, he was very disappointed and blamed the Jews for the defeat. He decided he would join the politics to save the country. After the war, Hitler's speaking successes led him to the position of an observer of political groups in the Munich. The German Workers' Party (later renamed as National Socialist German Workers' Party) worked on the same ideas as Hitler - violent racial nationalism and anti-Semitism. Hitler quickly became the new spokesman for the party. Soon, Hitler had gathered enough support to be chosen as Führer (absolute leader) of the party. On November 8, 1923, Hitler and armed members of the Sturmabteilungen marched on a Munich beer hall, took von Kahr and his associates hostage and declared in von Kahr's name the formation of a new national government. When Von Kahr was released, he ordered the Bavarian police to crush Hitler's revolution. Hitler was arrested and tried. He was sentenced to five years in prison for treason, but ... ... middle of paper ... ...stroyed by British and American bombers. Several assassination attempts were made, but Hitler maintained control of the country. When Hitler realized his failure, he appointed Karl Dönitz, the head of the navy, as his successor. He then married his mistress and committed suicide in Berlin on April 30, 1945. Works Cited (MLA style): · Gerhard L. Weinberg. "Hitler, Adolf." Microsoft® Encarta® Online Encyclopedia. 2002. ... and his troop with the help of Hitler Ludendorff, and two thousand Nazis. He was captured later that day but both Hitler and Ludendorff were detained the rebellion ended. I think this is important when Hitler grew acknowledgment for what happened in the Beer Hall Putsch but also later on for the hearing that takes place later. His hearing made the front page and he slowly gain more support this made him look like the “rescuer “of the German people. He was a very good speaker that he had impact over the judge. Hence, why Hitler was only given five years in jail. Some could dispute that if Hitler had not have been sent to prison that maybe he would not have written Mein Kampf, “My Struggle” this book later on sort of become the bible of the Nazi society. Possibly the small amount that he was sentence in prison can be seen as a main element of him ruling Germany.
In World War I he served in the Bavarian army, was gassed and wounded, and received the Iron Cross (first class) for bravery. The loss of Hitlers younger brother Edmund on the 2nd of February 1900 from the measles changed Hitler in a way never imagined. His teachers told stories about the change of a strong willed and confident young boy who changed into a detached, unfazed, and melodramatic man. Shortly after hitlers dismissal from Volksshule (government run school) Hitlers paren...
Hitler served as a German soldier in World War I. His commander made him an education officer, in order to immunize his charges against pacifist and democratic ideas. In September 1919 he joined the nationalist German Workers’ party, and in April 1920 he went to work full time for the party. The party was now renamed the National Socialist German Workers’ (Nazi) party. In 1921 he was elected party chairman with dictatorial powers. In November 1923, a time of economic and political chaos, he led an uprising (Putsch) in Munich against the postwar Weimar Republic, proclaiming himself chancellor of a new authoritarian regime but he failed. Hitler was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment but only served eight months. During those eight months in prison he wrote his autobiography Mein Kampf(My Struggle). When the Great Depression struck in 1929, promising a strong Germany, jobs, and national glory, he attracted millions of voters. Hitler came to absolute power in 1933.

After being enrolled in school, young Adolf excelled in school, promising a bright future. When it came time to decide what secondary school he was going to go into, Hitler dreamed of becoming an artist, however Hitler’s father wanted him to follow in his footsteps as a civil servant. When Adolf Hitler seized Germany in order to consummate his reign to ultimate superiority, atrocity ensued, but sacrifices are foreordained when power is within one’s reach. Hitler, an economic and political genius, is incomparable to all other leaders of Germany because he was one-of-a-kind, and no other leader will ever achieve the level of success that Adolf Hitler worked so diligently to acquire. With his determination for a powerful new Reich, he was seemingly unstoppable. To be in Hitler’s presence while he was giving a speech was like no other experience. He is easily one of the greatest orators in the history of humanity, and this gift is what helped spread his beliefs to the hopeful people of Germany.
Schooling was one of the main things that set Hitler off in the real world. At age 11 he was very popular among friends. As of well, he was excellent in school. He received the highest marks in all of his classes. Problem was, was that when he hit age 12 he all of the sudden became the least desirable in his school. Then instead of receiving the highest marks he received the lowest marks in his classes. In 1900 his father took notice of this problem then withdrew him from school and sent him to a civil servant school named Realschule. In 1904 he quit Realschule and joined another school named Steyr only to quit in 1905. For 2 years he did no schooling and only art. His dream even as a child was to be an artist but for a short time he wanted to be a priest. When his 2 years of art was done he thought that his art was great so he traveled to Vienna, Austria for it. When he took the entrance exam he ended up failing tremendously. He tried the exam again but failed again. That then brought Hitler to a dark depression and he disappeared for 5 years.
... to be inevitably lost and with his followers having doubts, Hitler killed himself on April 30, 1945 (Duffy 115-120). We can all agree that Hitler’s master plan was corrupt. And that it is to the world’s benefit that Hitler was not able to accomplish his master plan. But we must also notice that Hitler is a man who had a great amount of power, and came as close as anyone to dominating the world. Although his beliefs and actions are defiantly corrupt, Hitler’s effect on the world is enormous. Hitler fought for the German culture that he loved, and influenced the Germans into fighting with him. His motive for fighting was not justified, but he proved he was man who had to be dealt with. His impact on the world is arguably more than that of any other single man. Although his impact did not improve the world, Hitler can still be considered the most dominant man in the history of the world.
...nd British troops began to invade Germany. Hitler’s Wife took poison, killing her-self, Hitler took some poison but it didn’t work so he shot his self. The other leaders that helped Hitler also killed their self’s so they didn’t have to do the time in prison for what they did. The American troops and the other troops found the bodies of these leaders and burned them to make sure they were long gone. But it wasn’t in a few days that the news that Hitler was dead came out to the public.
