However, in 1982 he won back the post and it was during his time as the 52nd Governor of Arkansas that he began to rise in great heights.
He was elected as president in 1992 when he won against George H.W. Bush by 43% of the votes. During his administration, the U.S enjoyed the most peace and economic well being than any other time in history. He achieved budget surplus, achieved the lowest unemployment rate of modern times, the lowest inflation rate in three decades, the highest home ownership in the country's history, dropping crime rates in many places, and reduced welfare rolls. The States had five consecutive years of real wage growth, after declining 4.3 percent during the two preceding administrations. This represented the longest consecutive increase since a period in the 1960's and 1970's. Record breaking home ownership at 2/3 of households being homeowners with minority homeownership also reaching new heights represented another of his great achievements.

On November 8, 1988, Republican Presidential candidate Vice President George H. W. Bush was elected as the forty-first President of the United States of America. Bush defeated Democratic challenger Governor Michael Dukakis by a ratio of a bout six-to-five. 49 million people voted for Bush, netting him 426 electoral votes while 42 million voted for Dukakis getting him 112 electoral votes. Strangely, a man not even running for President received an electoral vote; Lloyd Bentsen (Democratic Vice President Nominee) received one electoral vote from the state of West Virginia. Bush's victory was also a victory for the Republican Party, but the Democrats received a similar victory in that they retained control of both the House and the Senate. The presidential election as a whole was a negative race, with an abundance of personal attacks (mainly instigated by Bush). The election of Bush in 1988 confirmed the Republican domination of presidential politics for another four years.
Bill dropped out of high school. He went to be a shoemaker=s helper, but the shoemaker didn=t like it when he nailed the ladies heels onto the mens shoes! Then Bill decided to join the Navy. There he found discipline and no room to joke around. He spent four long years in the Navy but he says that it made him more mature and able to control himself better. He was trained as a physical therapist. Helping men who lost their legs and arms, he finally realized how lucky he was.
Bill Clinton and Barack Obama have many similarities. Both of their first terms as President were shockingly alike such as, job approval rating difference being only point five percent and the interest in reforming available healthcare to people of lower class. Both President Clinton and President Obama were referred to as black presidents, only because they didn’t uphold the same backgrounds as did the former presidents. Neither Obama nor Clinton had a personal relationship with his father, which meant both grew up in a single parent working household – a reality rare in the time period. Both young Obama and young Clinton grew up aspiring to be great lawyers; they married lawyers Michelle and Hillary, respectively. Clinton, as well as Obama, belong to the Democratic Party. However, despite the many similarities between the two, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama could not be any more different. Former President Bill Clinton proves superior to the current President Barack Obama because of the beneficial strategies he used to improve the United States of America.
Bill Clinton’s main purpose was to appeal to his audience in a way that would make them think the way he thinks. Using the techniques he used the speech was successful and really caught people’s attention. His speech was mainly used to fill people in about the way our society is even after so many events that have ended tragically. What Clinton did was appeal to his audience emotionally, appeal to their character, appeal to their logic and finally he used humor and reason to give his speech an interesting vibe.

As for analyzing William J. Clinton’s presidency model, Clinton is considered as a prescient person, and he picked the good choices for his country during his presidency. For example, the White House states:
President Bush's approval rating reached an impressive 89 percent in 1991 after the international coalition he forged against Iraq achieved victory in the Persian Gulf War. However, a recession that began in 1990, combined with the electorate's growing concern with domestic issues in the aftermath of the Cold War and public impatience with "gridlock" in the government, counted against him in his reelection bid. Led by Bill CLINTON, the Democrats in 1992 captured the presidency (with 370 ELECTORAL votes to Bush's 168) and solid majorities in both houses of Congress. In 1994, having blocked Clinton's legislative agenda and mounted an aggressive counterattack in that year's mid-term election campaign, Republicans seized control of both houses of Congress.

Clinton as a teacher and most importantly as a role model. There is a story behind how Mr. Clinton earned my respect, which had nothing to do with his cute looks, but rather his character. From what I've seen, he is a hardworking, dedicated, and caring individual. Most of all, he maintains his personality as an ordinary person just like you and me. His work as a president for the past years speaks for it self. From what I've observed, Mr.
