This paper will examine the results the Prentice Hall’s Self- Assessment Online Library. The scores will be broken down and a brief analyses of the result will be given. This paper will include a discussion on what the author learned from taking the Prentice Hall’s Self- Assessment. This paper will provide an analysis of the following categories: personality insights, values and attitude insights, motivation insights, decision making insights and other concepts in order to answer the following question “What about me?. There will be a discussion of the author’s results pertaining to the results of the “Working with Others” category. The “Working with Others” category will be broken down into the following sections: “Communication skills, leadership and team skills and power and conflict skills. Next, the “Life in organizations will be the next category to be examined and it would be broken down into the following sections: organization structure, careers and the change and stress categories. This paper will include how the author would apply what she has learned from taking the Prentice Hall Self-Assessment Online Library (2008) to her workplace behavior and interactions with others. Finally, the paper will conclude with the author’s explanation of how the role that the Holy Spirit has plays in her life to conform my weaknesses into strengths. Very good

He sent his Holy Spirit to comfort me and to guide me. I no longer judge people, I keep in mind that is for God to do. I no longer hold grudges and resentment for people who have mistreated me or lied on me. The Holy Spirit has worked diligent in my life to transform this weakness into a strength, by helping me realize that God forgave me and that God love me despite of what I done, despite of who I am. Matt.5:44 (KJV) says, “But I say unto you, Love your enemies bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you”. In conclusion, it is important to realize that whatever the problem may be to go to God in prayer and he will send the Holy Spirit to comfort you in your time of despair
