It is common to struggle with body image, no matter who the person is. Most importantly, it is better to have a positive and healthy body image so that people would feel comfortable and confident in their own body. Changing the body image means changing the way people think about their body. Research suggests that people should stop comparing themselves to other people (Derian, 2015). People should enjoy and move their body to feel strong, energized, and peaceful. At the same time, healthy lifestyle is also a key to improving body image.
