I choose a board game as my activity this game called Finger Twister is a variation to the traditional full body Twister game. I made some adjustments to make the game tactile to address some sensory processing.
Number of people involved in the use of the toy.
Two to three people can play this game, although with some rule changes a fourth person can play also. The fourth person would be responsible for spinning the spinner and calling out the directions to the other players.
Supplies and equipment needed to make the toy.
The supplies and equipment needed to create this game: Laptop (MacBook) and or desktop, computer, printer, printer paper, printer ink, Microsoft word, Scissors and or box cutter, Glue gun and glue sticks, cotton balls, non-stick rubber furniture pads, self-stick furniture pads, one paper clip, two pieces of cardboard, Black sharpie, packing tape.
List all the steps in making the toy.
The steps used to make this game are as follows.
1. I created the template for the spinner card and the directional card in Microsoft word. I accomplished this by using shapes from the insert tab.
2. Print the template and cut with a scissors to place on the cardboard.
3. With a box cutter I cut the lids off two pieces of cardboard box.
4. With a glue gun I pasted the cut template from Microsoft word to the each piece of cardboard and let dr...

What other disabilities would you recommend this toy for?
I would recommend this game to clients with head trauma. As stated earlier this game helps with cognitive development like executive functioning, motor planning, and etc. I would also recommend this game to clients with learning disabled they can match the colors.
What is the primary goal of this toy?
The primary goal of this game is to address sensory processing in play. I believe that once a child can control their sensory issue the will be able to develop in almost all other area. After my level I fieldwork notice that everything starts at the month and if a child process by taste they will be able to better understand the world around. Another goal was for clients to improve their socialize, this requires for the players to be in close proximity with each others.
