In Chapter 7, you will be able to create a PivotTable report and a PivotChart report so that you can organize and display data in valuable arrangements. There are many organizations that gather large amounts of numerical data, but as you know the data is not useful until it have been organized in a fashion that it will reveals patterns or trends. You will also be able to extract information from data by organizing the data into groups from the comparisons, patterns, and trends. You will be able to subtotal and total numeric data and summarize the data by categories and subcategories. PivotTable is just another name for the Excel’s PivotTable report. The PivotTable report is an interactive, cross-tabulated the Excel report to summarizes and analyzes large quantities of data.
Did you know PivotTable report also known as a PivotTable can be used to analyze and summarize large information of data without the use of formulas? In Chapter 7, a pivot table report shows the same data in a table in more than one arrangement (Marks, 2011). PivotTables can be used in numerous ways to move; pivot, and fields of data from one place to another using drag and drop. There are several of ways you can look at the same data in a number of different ways. For example, from a list of cops in a police station, you can get a quick estimation of how many calls they received. It is useful when you want to analyze related totals, like the list of numbers to sum and compare facts about different total. There are seven types of screen elements: pivot table field list, report filter area, column labels area, row labels area, values area, layout section, and field section. Several of people may believe there are several of ways to place the data from your...

On the excel document if there is an invalid data, data validation function can be applied and it instructs excel to circle invalid data. Lastly, when using watch window to monitor, you are able to view specific cells and monitor worksheets as soon as formula or changes that are made, that affect the outcome of watch cells. With that being said, these functions are important in any field ones desires to be in such as auditing, banking, or even running your own company; it gives more organization, accuracy and easy way to update any data if there are future changes.

...er what career field you may enter. The data has to be collected properly without it being so time consuming ,and it’s not only the functions that was collected in chapter 9 but the concepts that the entire Microsoft excel workbook is teaching can impact ones career effectively in a positive way. Excel creates a way for individuals to be on top information that is highly needed, without excel calculating this data will then become time consuming and then inaccurate, be smart about it and know what is what when dealing with different types data that’s needed depending on your career. It doesn’t if you’re a teacher, doctor, contractor, musician, or any other profession out there. Collect data the smart way. Be your own boss, and know what it takes.
The novel, “The Boy in the Striped Pajamas” takes place mainly in Berlin and Auschwitz, Germany. While unpacking, Bruno happens to look out the window, he sees boys in pajamas, Nazi soldiers, and most importantly a fence that stretches for miles. This setting is where Bruno finally starts to question the world he lives in. The other side of the fence also known as the Auschwitz concentration camp is home to Jews mostly from Poland. The concentration camp is home to both Shmuel and Pevel. The other side of the fence is where the most cruel and horrendous things would happen. The fence of the Out-With camp is also where the ever-lasting friendship of Bruno and Shmuel is born and
In a world where obsessive power, manipulation, hatred, and the desire to obliterate a single population reign, no one survives untarnished. The Holocaust was a horrific event led by Adolf Hitler that resulted in the persecution, torment, and suffering of millions of Jewish people all over Europe. Vladek Spiegelman survived the ruthless torture from the largest concentration camp during World War II in Auschwitz. His son, Art Spiegelman, tells two stories at once in his book Maus: one of his father’s experiences during the Holocaust and another of his present adversities with his father. Spiegelman’s book is unlike many of this genre. Written as a graphic novel, Maus allows readers to visualize Spiegelman’s feelings giving a new meaning to the famed maxim, “a picture is worth a thousand words.” Spiegelman doesn’t simply write another historical account of the Holocaust. Instead, he writes of his father’s experience during the Holocaust as an attempt to not only portray the life of a Jew during that time, but to better understand the relationship he has with his father.
The films The Boy in the Striped Pajamas and Schindler 's List recall a dark and devastating time in history known as the Holocaust. Amid the barbaric German Nazi invasions, are where we find the main characters of these two films. The Boy in the Striped Pajamas tells the story of Bruno, a son of German Nazi soldier who befriends an inmate at a nearby concentration camp. For weeks, Bruno shares stories, food, and comforts the inmate, Shmuel, despite his parent’s orders and German upbringing. Bruno has grown up exposed to the Nazi propaganda, however his German upbringing does not create hostility or resentment toward this Jewish boy, but instead compassion. Similarly, Oskar Schindler, a German business man saved the lives of thousands of Jewish prisoners by arranging them to work in his factory. Both Oskar Schindler and Bruno did not allow neither their collective identity as Germans nor their pro-Nazi culture, to become central to their own individual identity and morals. They did not allow the constraints or “expectations of others”, in a German sense, to make them act

Tabular Collection Diagram shows the process of the system, so it helps identify risks or problems in a system early on. Tabular Collection Diagram put requirements to the test and enables you to see if more requirements are desirable. A brilliant method to discover problem’s in the earlier stages of development.
At a time when the President of the United States is using vulgar and derogatory terms to describe other countries and cultures, it is now more paramount than ever to strengthen and celebrate our empathy and compassion for others. Treating people with respect and love is the essence of our identity and not only makes us human, it makes us thrive. Some of the most malevolent acts of humanity occurred in our recent history during the horrors of the holocaust. Thankfully, its victims and survivors have been brave enough to provide us detailed accounts of what they did to survive such a tragedy. An example of such a hero is Elie Wiesel, a Romanian writer who wrote his gripping first-hand account of the Holocaust, Night. Through Elie Wiesel’s exploration of dehumanization in Night, he reminds us that the love for the relationships he developed helped him survive the atrocities he goes through.
“‘If we bear all this suffering and if there are still Jews left, when it is over, then Jews, instead of being doomed, will be held up as an example.’” ― Anne Frank (“Children During the Holocaust” 5). In Lodz, Poland, the Nazis had reduced a Jewish population of more than 220,000 to almost less than 1,000 (“Hidden Children: Quest for Family” 2). Families during the Holocaust were treated so badly that being Jewish for some Jewish children had come to symbolize persecution while Christianity symbolized security (“Hidden Children: Quest For Family” 3). And, another frequent problem of the separation of the family was a child's inability in later life to form effective bonds (“Separation from the Family” 12). The Holocaust was something people could only imagine. Families were split apart, loved ones were

Director Mark Herman presents a narrative film that attests to the brutal, thought-provoking Nazi regime, in war-torn Europe. It is obvious that with Herman’s relatively clean representation of this era, he felt it was most important to resonate with the audience in a profound and philosophical manner rather than in a ruthlessness infuriating way. Despite scenes that are more graphic than others, the films objective was not to recap on the awful brutality that took place in camps such as the one in the movie. The audience’s focus was meant to be on the experience and life of a fun-loving German boy named Bruno. Surrounding this eight-year-old boy was conspicuous Nazi influences. Bruno is just an example of a young child among many others oblivious of buildings draped in flags, and Jewis...
Bruno is irritated and shocked when he’s told they’re moving from Berlin but being a very naive boy doesn’t understand why their family has to leave. The story follows on as Bruno sets out from his house in Auschwitz to explore and finds a boy the same age as him sitting on the ground, on the other side of a fence. His name is Shmuel, a Jewish boy held captive in a concentration camp, but Bruno believes the camp is just a farm. Their friendship cements but is separated by a barbed wire.
