There are many different personality types in corporate America. Many are clashing forces that can cause friction between employees. The ENTJ personality type is thought to be the leaders of corporate America. This personality type is comprised of Extraverts, who are comfortable in their skins and outgoing. Intuitive people who are daydreamers. Thinkers who can make the difficult decisions. Judgers who are always on time and feel like they are waiting on everyone else. Prior to recent research I’ve never known about the numerous different personality types including my own of ENTJ. My recent research has allowed me to better understand the different types of personalities and how to better work with them in my company as well as on a personal level. The idea behind all of this is to enable me to become a better manager, colleague, husband, and friend. Learning to work with all personality types will assist in my overall life balance. Very good

I took the Jung Typology test online and found that I am of the ENTJ personality type (Take A Test. (n.d.). Those of the ENTJ personality type are born leaders. They are direct, assertive, and uninhibited. I was astonished that someone would accuse me of being mean and frankly, I was upset that I possibly hurt his feelings. Although ENTJs are not naturally tuned into other people 's feelings, these individuals frequently have very strong sentimental streaks. (Portrait of an ENTJ. (n.d.). After studying the type talk at work book I now have a better understanding of how to deal with these types of situations when they come up. I now know my personality, and can adjust my daily habits to be better suited for what is intended. I have learned that there is a need to implement a new plan which is described as a process that includes defining goals, establishing strategy, and developing plans to coordinate activities. (Stretch, 2009, p. #1-5)
